I created the visual identity for the IUAV Masters Open Day, 2016 edition. The main objective was to visually represent the expansion of the Master's degree, a new venue for the University that will start in October 2017. I was asked to stay attached to the existing ones, which evolve around the attractive Philippe Apeloig logo. I then used a typographical approach based on interpolation from narrow letters to letters wider than a grotesque font.
The choice of the black and white palette also refers to the existing identity and has also become a good solution to avoid printing problems. In fact, we printed everything in the university lab. The result had been printed on several media such as brochures, posters, large formats, banners, etc...
